The clients wanted to replace their old fence with something new and attractive.  Privacy was needed as one property was much higher than the other, and looked right down onto the neighbouring deck.

To complicate matters, a retaining wall ran along a portion of the property line where the fence was to go.

Using Titan Post Anchors, fence posts were fastened directly to the top of the retaining wall.  This ensured that the fence was at the ideal height, without having to encroach on any existing plants

Posts were set in concrete and then fence panels installed.  Varying heights of lattice were used to create the necessary privacy.
